We source ingredients for quality first, and we source from local farmers and producers whenever possible.
Maxie’s Southern inspiration includes the “Low Country” cooking of the Carolinas, Creole and Cajun cooking of Louisiana, and traditional slow-smoked Southern barbecue. We cook local food with a Southern twist, and Southern-inspired dishes with our own Maxie's twist.
